The pools, diving boards, water features and climbing wall are perfect for the whole family while also providing an ideal practice environment for speed and synchronized swimming, diving and water polo. The facility’s proximity to downtown make the fitness and weight room great for a lunchtime or end of day workout.

A two-lane indoor track and adjacent fitness centre featuring easy-to-use, circuit style resistance machines designed to provide an efficient, effective and safe total body workout in just minutes. It is located inside the SaskTel Sports Centre in Forest Park.

Ride the waves to fun in Saskatoon’s only wave pool. Take a drop-in fitness class, watch swimming lessons from the treadmill or bring your kids to enjoy the indoor playground. Complete your visit by checking out the Rusty MacDonald Branch Library.

Your health and wellness are the main focus at the Field House, complete with a six-lane track and overlooking weight room, wide array of fitness classes and sport courts offering drop-in and reserved badminton, basketball, pickleball, soccer and tennis. Renowned for being a high-performance athletic training centre, it’s also a great place to hold meetings, workshops and events or go for an indoor stroll on a chilly day.

You’ll have a blast in the family pools: splashing in the water features, going down the waterslide, taking a dive or just relaxing in the hot tubs. If water is not for you, try a fitness class or visit the state-of-the-art Hamm Fitness Centre or three-lane Hamm Walking Track. And if you’re lucky, you may even catch one of many world-class aquatic events taking place in the competitive pool.

For full access to these leisure centres, leisure cards can be purchased and renewed monthly. Rates are based upon age, but family cards are also available for purchase. CITY GOLF COURSES

The City of Saskatoon has three golf courses — Holiday Park, Silverwood and Wildwood. They provide a level of play for everyone from the beginner to the advanced golfer.
