Banana Milk Smoothie

This is a perfect fresh smoothie for this summer! There are many benefits of this smoothie. It will help with gaining muscle and contains essential nutrients and calories to give you enough energy for your gym workout. Also, it is full of antioxidants, potassium and glycogen. This smoothie will aid digestion, and provide good bacteria for your stomach.

Start to finish 10 minutes.

1½ cup milk of your preference 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

½ table spoon of cinnamon

Place all the ingredients in a blender and serve with cinnamon sprinkled on top
