Juice detox

Drinking green vegetable juice is the best detoxifying juice there is. It helps to do a deep cleansing of your body and remove all the toxins. Oranges are acidic and contain a lot of water which helps to move the lymphatic system. The function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph fluid. Lymph fluid is instrumental in fighting infection all throughout the body.

Ingredients:

2 celery stalk ½ cucumber

1 cup spinach

½ cup mint leaves

2 oranges

½ lime powder curcumin piece of ginger

Peel the oranges, place your ingredients through a cold press juicer.

More tips that can help you feel better: Start your morning drinking warm water with lemon. Lemons have several health benefits, helping your liver and kidneys filter out toxins. During the day, try to drink green tea; this stimulates digestion and makes you less hungry. Focus on eating more vegetables as this will help you to lose weight gained through the holiday season.
