Blueberry Maca Smoothie

The Blueberry Maca Smoothie is a nutritious and delicious drink that combines the benefits of blueberries and maca root. It can also help restore the adrenal function and combat the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Blueberries are full of antioxidants that help the body fight against the damaging of free radicals. They are also full of vitamin C, fibre and potassium, as well as being low in calories.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of maca powder

1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

1 or 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Instructions

– Blend the blueberries, maca, banana and almond milk until it is smooth.

If necessary, add more almond milk or water.

 – Add the cinnamon powder and blend again.
