Trampolining provides a low impact, safe cardiovascular exercise. The risk of injuring muscles and fibres is reduced. It helps in blood circulation, the cardiovascular system and will prevent the chronic edema. It will show an increase in mitochondrial production and cellular energy. This will increase your energy and your capacity to use this energy. That means your metabolism is jump started and you will be losing weight long after you have finished exercising.
