The combination of tryptophan and vitamin B in bananas and oats helps your mood regulation and the production of serotonin which will help you to have a great day despite the weather.
Ingredients
1 cup milk or almond milk
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 big banana
1 pitted Medjool date
1 tbsp chia seeds
Warm the milk and put all the ingredients in a blender, you can add a little of coffee if you like for a caffeine boost.
Another option would be to add a protein powder of your preference.
